Organizational Structure
CAN-ADAPTT’s organizational structure is based on knowledge from successful regional and national PBRNs. We identified and incorporated the following critical organizational components, beyond the initial planning committee (Green et al., 2005; Deshefy-Longhi et al., 2002; Wasserman et al., 1998):
* A governing body composed of influential stakeholders, who will set the general policy to guide
the network throughout its lifespan
* A director and supporting staff to manage the operations of the network
* Regional Coordinators to represent the practices and practitioners/providers
